With this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”), Top Clean UAB (hereafter referred to as the “Controller”), sets out the conditions for the processing of the personal data of those using the website managed by the Controller.   • To disagree with the processing of your personal data when this data is processed, or is intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, as far as such direct marketing is concerned.

**According to the personal data you submit, for direct marketing purposes, your personal data profiling may be used in order to provide you with solutions and offers tailored specifically for you. You may, at any time, revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by automated means, including profiling, or disagree with it.

For any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to submit it to the Controller in writing, by sending an email to: info@lesta.lt.

Upon the receipt of such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall submit a response no later than one month after the date of a referral, and shall perform or refuse the actions specified in the request. Where appropriate, the period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller shall inform the data subject of such an extension within one month of the receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not create conditions for data subjects to exercise the abovementioned rights, except for refusing to process personal data in the form of direct marketing where, in the cases provided for by law, the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, services or professional ethics must be ensured, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
